Pavilions

​Pavilion Rentals will open on March 4, 2024 @ noon.

Monday, April 15 is the first day available for rental.

Thursday, October 31 is the final day available for rental.

Pavilions are located at Carpenter Park, Lukens Park (aka Everybody's Playground), and Kohler Park.

Reservations can be made over the phone by calling the Library at 215-443-2609.

Once a tentative reservation is made over the phone, renters will be able to come to the Library during open hours to complete the appropriate paperwork and handle payment.

All forms of payment (cash, card, check) are accepted EXCEPT American Express.

NEW IN 2024 Pricing:

Horsham Township Residents: $80 for first three hours, $35 for every additional hour

Non-Residents: $140 for first three hours, $45 for every additional hour

Kohler Park Gazebo Residents: $25 for first three hours, $10 for every additional hour

Kohler Park Gazebo Non-Residents: $100 for first three hours, $50 for every additional hour

Free permit issued for wedding photos at Kohler Gazebo

Rentals are a minimum of three hours.

Parks are open from 8am to 8pm with the latest reservations beginning at 5pm.

Use the calendar of events to assist in planning your event and click the drop-down menu at the top of the page to view the schedule for the pavilions. Pavilions are available between 8am and 8pm and there must be an hour in between all reservations.

Pavilion Rules and Regulations

How to make a Reservation:

  1. Beginning March 4, 2024, call the library at 215-443-2609. Please have multiple dates and times in mind as space is limited and spots go quickly.

  2. We will place a hold on the Pavilion of your choice. Note that your reservation must include setup and breakdown time.

  3. Come to the library within two weeks of reservation date with photo ID with proof of current address and sign a Hold Harmless Agreement* and pay the balance for your reservation and be given your permit for your reservation.

 

*For businesses, please refer to the Hold Harmless Agreement for insurance info needed at time of payment.

 

The name given for the reservation over the phone is the name that must be signed on the Hold Harmless Agreement. Pricing will be determined by the residency of the individual signing the Hold Harmless Agreement.
