November 28, 2023- Welcoming our new Head of Technical Services!
We’re excited to announce we’ve got a new Head of Technical Services: Kyle Crossan!
Kyle may seem familiar to many of you: he began here as a teen volunteer, worked as a page re-shelving books, checked out your books as a Front Desk Clerk, then spent some time away and returns as our Technical Services Librarian (aka the cataloger aka the person who puts the labels and organizes the books).
Kyle has always been a part of our Library Family and we’re overjoyed to have him back. He’s also great for suggestions in contemporary fiction if that’s your thing.
November 21, 2023- System Upgrade Information
Our library system will be down for upgrades on Monday, Nov 27 and part of Tuesday, Nov 28.
You will be unable to access your account online during this upgrade period. You will also be required to have your library card to check out items in the library during this period.
You will still be able to use Libby during this upgrade and the library will be open regular hours.
We are hopeful this upgrade will be complete before 5pm on Tuesday.
September 1, 2023- Flyers & Disney On Ice Discount Tickets NOW AVAILABLE!
We are excited to announce we are offering discounted tickets to Flyers home games this season. Depending on the game, tickets will be 20-40% off!

UPDATE September 29, 2023- Tickets to Disney on Ice events are now available from the link above. Game and show dates are listed in chronological order, so you will have to scroll a bit to get to the December Disney shows. The township code is still HORSHAM.
June 28, 2023- Bucks County Children's Museum Pass expiring & not renewed
We are sad to announce that the Bucks County Children's Museum will no longer be accepting our free Library Museum Pass once it expires on June 30, 2023. The Museum released the following statement recently:
"Due to challenges in program funding, the Bucks County Children's Museum is unable to offer new or renewing library memberships to libraries outside of Bucks County. Existing library memberships will be honored through the listed expiration date."
We have a number of other Museum Passes for check out to Montgomery County residents.
June 1, 2023- Horsham Township Library has a new logo!
Our new logo is a minimalist representation of the colorful windows in the turret of our Story Room as pictured from the eyes of a child looking up during a Story Time session (see image to the left).
We chose this image as a base for our new logo as we feel the Story Room and Story Time are the core of our services and set a foundation of lifelong literacy and community. The colors are bright and inviting and playful and we hope our library can be all of those things too.
The “htl” version of our logo include an allusion to the Horsham Township tagline “A Community Connected”. We view ourselves as a central hub in the Township and as a place for neighbors to meet and share and learn together.
