Meeting rooms available at the library

The library offers meeting space on a first come, first served basis to community groups during regular library hours. First preference is given to use of meeting space for programs and activities sponsored by the library, the Friends of Horsham Township Library and departments of Horsham Township.

A security deposit of $20.00 is required for all reservations. In addition, some fees for use of meeting space may apply. Please refer to the Meeting Room Policy section of the library's Policy Manual for details.

Reservations must be made in advance in writing on the Horsham Township Library Meeting Room Reservation Form, a .PDF file that can be down-loaded from this website. A separate application form is required for every different date for which a room is being requested. The library will accept reservations up to three months in advance for meeting space.

The library's large community meeting room can seat up to 180 people and is equipped with a large projection screen at one end and a pour-over three-burner coffee maker for refreshments. (The library charges $10 per 12-cup pot to brew regular and decaf coffee for meetings and will provide sweetener, creamer, cups and napkins.) Please note: community groups will need to bring in their own audio-visual and projection equipment.

The community meeting room can be sub-divided into three smaller meeting spaces. Each of these can seat up to 60 people.
